Well, i'm in the process of building myself a new computer. I've used this hand-me-down thing for the past year and I feel an upgrade to something not already old would be nice for my 16th birthday.

Specs:
q6600 (stock 2.4, but i'll probobly OC to 2.8 or 3.0)
8600 GTS (from my current comp. I'll probobly buy a 4850X2 when the prices drop after the 4890 comes out)
Thermaltake v9 Black Edition (case)
some huge red OCZ 750 watt PSU

The only two things i need to buy now are the RAM and mobo, but so far i'm looking at a crossfire mobo by ASRock and 4gb OCZ 1066 mhz DDR2 SDRAM. (later on i plan on getting a 4850 1x to run alongside the x2. I like how ATI makes that possible)

On another note, if anyone in the Inland Empire would like to buy a decent computer for $250, feel free to leave a post here. I'm also selling a dinkier comp that i'll free myself of for $100.

*EDIT

Well, I finished building it, and it works fine. I ended up going with a crossfire ASRock board and GSkill DDR2 1066 SDRAM. I also got an Artic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro and I'll probobly OC the processor next week.

Hello everyone. I've continued replying to reviews to my 2-year-old Flash video/game "Runescape Simulator" and I've noticed that my original is slowly decending to the point of nonrelevance in many points. I haven't played Runescape for more than a week in the past 3-ish years, but I am quite aware of the many changes they have made, and I might just pull out Flash and brush up on my skills and muster the willpower to make a second one. I've realized that my artistic talent is severely lacking, and that I have other talents that could be better used elsewhere, but that shouldn't be an issue considering it will follow the same format as my original, with many improvements, and with more input time than 6 hours. I also find the replying to reviews greatly entertaining for me to do in my spare time.

I just want to hear your guys' response to this, and whether or not you feel I should do this. I haven't submitted anything in a while, but I find Newgrounds to be a rather unique place, covered in the filth that I contributed to in 2007 that I have since deleted, but, under all that trash, theres rather neat stuff that random people upload here for others to enjoy.

I still consider Runescape to be a major contributing factor to my current life, being responsible for my lack of tolerance toward the MMORPG genre of games, and introducing me to the bulk of the Internet that I enjoy so often. I discovered Newgrounds 2 weeks before I discovered Runescape in 2004, which is where much of the corrolation exists, and I find it entertaining to tie the two together.

Input will be greatly appreciated so long as it isn't pertaining to the crap I contributed to in 2007 regarding cancerous Flash groups here on Newgrounds. (I still find it all pathetic and entertaining at the same time however)

Well, I finished it and editied it for use on Newgrounds. I don't really know yet if I'm going to continue making things, but staying away from crap Flash groups that i've been associated with in the past would be a good idea.

Heres a few gems that i found.

typing in random terms can bring you many decent Flash videos that never got any attention. The frontpage is for whores.

i havent submitted anything decent in over a year, and ive been working on a big project for Internet Design, and i think i might upload it to NG when im finished. it will probobly be my last flash to enter NGdepending on how the idiots here respond to it...

we were basically told to make a "music video" for a song, and most kids in previous years use text and animated gifs and ugly pictures to animate the songs, but i on the other hand, decided to draw most of the whole thing. im not a very good artist but its ok i guess.

the song i chose was Under Pressure by David Bowie and Freddie Mercury, and the total length in frames when finished will be about 5000.

**EDIT**
well, i'm pretty much finished with it. i'm going to touch up on it in class, and after i turn it in, i'll submit it here. My art skills were never very good, but I think it turned out pretty good :)
